There’s actually several ways site owners use to make sure their url goes through and accepted on Facebook I have tried many myself and it worked but at a certain point, you see something about my tricks is using unpopular url shorteners not the popular ones like Bitly, twitter or LinkedIn url shortener and some other this would be quickly figured out by Facebook teams and bots because it drives and leads visitors to your initial url link which as been recorded and spotted for violating Facebook community standards don’t forget one of the strict rules of this community standards is no spamming [ unnecessary posting or sending of one particular url or message]. Sometimes you might not have violated this but yet your url is been restricted, it can happen if some users report your url for some reason of this reports comes from 8 to 15 Facebook users, Facebook will believe it to be true and block your url so you should be careful and know where you post your url.
OPTIONS TO REMOVE THE RESTRICTION ON YOUR URL
1. Use not frequently used link shrinkers like IS.GD and V.GD, why I said so is because this urls won’t automatically direct visitors straight to your blocked url(s) it will just show them the url of the certain post you shrinked and visitors must have to click on it themselves this is the reason why Facebook won’t see it as a spam.
2. Using social profile link bio urls, this is how it works, a particular url will be assigned to you that’s the same link you will post on Facebook for visitors it looks like a url carrying many urls inside of it but you will need to do some changing on it and input a short description of what each url post is talking about, I find this a little stressful anyway but it’s worth it. Some of this social profile urls you can use are LYNXBIO, LINKTREE, TAP LINK and some other Instagram bio links. Many of them have free plans so no need to worry.
3. This is the best way ever its so simple to unblock your url with this option because you will be dropping the restricted url completely. Change the domain authority if it’s a blogspot.com domain buy a new domain extension or get a free domain from freenom, just make sure you link it and redirect it to your previous domain automatically, for those with using WordPress and blogspot sub domains just go change the address of your site another one will be given for free.
#NOTE : With this third option, your website seo would definitely have issues, people and search engines already know about your old address won’t be able to reach your site anymore in that case you will have to let them know of the new ones and it takes some time for search engines to index the new address url. But it’s the best, for my case I just linked a freenom free custom domain to my old address and have been posting on Facebook since then no violation message or notifications.
