Motsa Jiki dake karawa mata ni’ima da karfin Jima’i ga maza

Akwai nau’ukan motsa jiki da dama, amma akwai na musamman da suka shafi ƙarin lafiya ga rayuwar jima’i ga ɗan Adam.

 

Motsa jiki wani ɓangare ne na musamman na kiwon lafiya wanda yin sa ke tasiri ga ƙara ƙoshin lafiya, rashinsa kuma ke zama illa ga lafiyar.

 

Motsa jiki kan kasance maganin cututtuka da dama, waɗanda likitoci ke bai wa mutane shawara su dinga motsa jikinsu saboda muhimmancinsa ga lafiya.

Likitan ya ce irin motsa jikin zai taimaka wa maza magance matsalar saurin inzali ko gamsuwa da wuri lokacin jima’i da rashin ƙarfin al’aura da masu matsalar da ta shafi mafitsara, haka kuma ga mata motsa jikin na inganta ƙarfin jijiyoyin ƙugunta zuwa ga gabanta.

Motsa jikin da ake kira Kegel wani nau’in motsa jiki ne mai sauƙin yi wanda ake yin sa domin ƙarfafa jijiyoyin ƙashin ƙugu da ake kira pelvic ga mata da maza.
