The ongoing recruitment process of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) now has an improved portal that enables interested candidates to apply seamlessly. The agency’s spokesperson, Femi Babafemi, stated exclusively to Blueprint on Tuesday that potential applicants should consider attempting the application process during off-peak hours when online traffic is less.

“We’ve upgraded the system, and since our last public statement on it, we’ve seen improvements that have resulted in nearly half a million users on the portal and over 110,000 applications completed and submitted,” he said.
“Those who are still having problems should try off-peak hours when traffic is lighter.” Others who are over the required age range may have difficulty submitting and are among those who continue to complain despite the fact that the system is set up to reject such applications.
“However, our technical team works around the clock to address issues that will keep the process running smoothly until the last day of application, April 8th.”
NDLEA Recruitment Closing Date Extended
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has extended the deadline for its ongoing recruitment application by one week, according to a statement released by the agency’s Director of Media & Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, on Thursday. The online application portal, which was initially scheduled to close on Saturday, April 8, 2023, will now remain open until Monday, April 17, 2023.

The extension was granted by NDLEA Chairman and CEO Brig. Gen. Mohammed Buba Marwa (retd.). Babafemi explained that the additional time will assist those who are having difficulties with the application process to complete their applications. Additionally, individuals who are yet to apply can benefit from the extension to register and fill out their application on the portal.
